DIRECTIONS:

  • Minoxidil is an antihypertensive vasodilator medication and is used to treat hair loss. It is available as a generic medication and over the counter for the treatment of androgenetic alopecia, a form of hair loss, in men and women.

  • Finasteride works as a type II and type III 5α-reductase inhibitor; 5α-reductase, an enzyme, converts testosterone to dihydrotestosterone (DHT).

  • Caffeine helps to promote hair growth as the chemical targets DHT, which is the hormone responsible for hair loss.

  • Azelaic acid inhibits dihydrotestosterone (DHT) and prevents hair loss.

  • Spearmint acts as an anti-androgen and can also stimulate blood circulation on the scalp.
